At EditnPublish, we are proud of our editors who deliver quality work. However, quality comes when we understand our client’s needs and respond to them well within the timeline.

Following are the key points of our service guarantee:

Work delivery deadline will be met with a maximum of 2 hours of delay

All emails will be responded to within one business day

On appointment, we can schedule calls with our clients at least 2 days in advance

Invoices, payment receipts shall be mailed as scanned copies within 2 business days from the date of request

Refunds will be processed within 14 working days from date of acceptance of refund
